1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zetbuj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all products, services, and content available at zetbuj.com and any associated subdomains or applications operated under the zetbuj brand.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the zetbuj platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is indicated by your continued use of the platform following account creation or your first login.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and governing text. These Terms apply to all users of the zetbuj platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access it.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the zetbuj platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold a zetbuj account.
- You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purposes of personal gambling activity.
- You are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close associate of zetbuj or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
- You have not previously been excluded from the zetbuj platform or had an account terminated for violation of these Terms.
- You are not knowingly participating in any activity that may constitute fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
zetbuj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending verification.
3 Account Registration
Each player may hold only one registered account on the zetbuj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, or winnings contained therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. zetbuj cannot be held responsible for account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your zetbuj account will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the zetbuj support team immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp.
zetbuj reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without being required to provide reasons for such refusal. Account registration does not guarantee the right to access all games, promotions, or features available on the platform, as certain offerings may be subject to additional eligibility criteria.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
zetbuj supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in B DT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported BDT payment channels.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your zetbuj account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. zetbuj does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to their source.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification includes confirmation of identity, date of birth, and ownership of the payment method being used.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the account holder's name following verification.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- zetbuj reserves the right to request additional documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or mobile wallet statement — prior to processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing times average five minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket under standard conditions. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
zetbuj does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported BDT mobile wallets. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which zetbuj accepts no responsibility. Any fees applied by a player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of that player.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
zetbuj offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms provide the general framework within which all promotional activity operates; offer-specific terms take precedence over this section where there is any conflict.
General conditions applicable to all zetbuj bonuses include the following:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of that period.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher percentage than table games or live casino titles. Contribution rates are set out in the offer-specific terms.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unsatisfied, a maximum bet limit per spin or round may apply. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Abuse and collusion: zetbuj reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus in the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies, low-risk or arbitrage wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or any other activity zetbuj deems inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
zetbuj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any such modification will have their existing bonus honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of acceptance.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the zetbuj platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including the event, market, odds, stake amount, and game parameters — before confirming any bet. zetbuj will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error unless an obvious system error is identified.
zetbuj operates sports betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes, market suspension, and result settlement in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result recorded in zetbuj's system at the time of settlement shall be considered final, subject to the following exceptions:
- Where an official governing body (such as the ICC or BCB for cricket) subsequently amends the official result of an event, zetbuj reserves the right to re-settle affected markets accordingly.
- Where a verifiable technical error in a casino game results in an incorrect payout, zetbuj reserves the right to correct the payout to the amount that would have been payable in the absence of the error.
- Where a bet has been placed on an event that was cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified in zetbuj's settlement rules for that market, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
Casino games available on zetbuj — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino products, real-time human dealers streamed from regulated studio environments operated by Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. The use of software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated means of interacting with casino games is strictly prohibited.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zetbuj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or funds that belong to a third party without their knowledge and consent.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or platform function.
- Exploiting system errors, display glitches, software bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported immediately and will not be honoured.
- Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account, to zetbuj's backend systems, or to any data not intended for your access.
- Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your zetbuj account or any balance, bonus, or credits associated with it to any third party.
- Any conduct that zetbuj reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward zetbuj staff or other players.
8 Responsible Gaming
zetbuj is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively encourage all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available through the platform.
The following tools are available to every registered zetbuj account holder at no charge:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play to help you monitor time spent on the platform.
- Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, per day, or per week. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the restriction period expires.

9 Account Suspension & Closure
zetbuj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zetbuj has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful purposes.
- The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
- Continued operation of the account presents a risk to zetbuj's security, integrity, or regulatory standing.
- The account holder is or has become ineligible to hold a zetbuj account under Section 2 of these Terms.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance derived from fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited. Where a legitimate balance exists at the time of closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, where a player voluntarily requests account closure — zetbuj will process a final withdrawal of that balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the zetbuj support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Players who request permanent self-exclusion will have their accounts disabled immediately upon confirmation.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the zetbuj platform — including but not limited to the zetbuj brand name, logo, design elements, game graphics, interface layouts, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of zetbuj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any zetbuj intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content sourced from the zetbuj platform without the express prior written consent of zetbuj. Game content made available through zetbuj is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zetbuj's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zetbuj expressly excludes liability for the following:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from use of the platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Platform downtime, technical errors, connection failures, or interruptions to service outside zetbuj's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Any action or omission of a third-party payment provider, game supplier, or telecommunications provider.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by zetbuj's proven negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation by zetbuj.
12 Privacy & Data
zetbuj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
zetbuj uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Personal information may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems solely for the purposes of operating the platform and fulfilling our obligations to players.
13 Amendments to These Terms
zetbuj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the zetbuj platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
